Refund Policy
We stand behind Fermata Chime with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn’t earn its place, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
You do not need to ship anything back. Because of how we fulfil orders, we don’t process physical returns — once your refund is approved, simply keep or dispose of the item. There are no return-shipping costs and no restocking fees.
How to request a refund
Email admin@fermatawellbeing.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it. You don’t need to prove it didn’t work for you.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email admin@fermatawellbeing.com with your order number as soon as possible. After that, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund — usually without needing the item back.
European Union 14-day cooling-off
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. As above, you won’t need to return the item — just contact us with your order number.
