Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping time
Estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days from order, depending on your location. These are estimates rather than guarantees; carriers or customs can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order — the cost is already included in the price.
Where we ship
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country isn’t selectable there, we may not currently ship to it.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are set by your local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If it’s significantly delayed or appears lost, contact admin@fermatawellbeing.com and we’ll help track it down or make it right.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us quickly and we’ll do what we can.
